What is the best way to have a Jack Russell Terrier puppies housetrain?

We have a Jack Russell terrier, which has very difficult to potty train. He is full blood and very hyper. He is great with the kids and we love him but very tired him to the bathroom in the house to go within 5 minutes after taking him out to go to the toilet. Most frustrating is that he gets 10-15 minutes of being outside, doing his business, sniffs around and then he heads back to the door come back inside. In general, within 5 minutes of the house comes back in. He has gone to the bathroom somewhere in the house.
