What kind of pencil sharpener artists use?

Strictly speaking, video on Utube of artists using watercolor pencils, but she has not a standard pencil sharpener, they sharpened it with an instrument that looked like a pen, you need me, what was it?

It really depends on what you're comfortable with, not what other . use I myself use a head pointer (case sharpens pencils) in the development, another time a regular, manual sharpener with case. The person you can have a talk using the Prismacolor sharpener, but they suck.
